Check-points are located at 4 places during the race. When entering a check-point, you must ensure that you check in so that we have a record of you arriving. You must also inform the marshall when you leave again. Failure to do so will result in you having to complete that section again. |

Tyndrum
Bridge of Orchy
Glencoe Ski Centre
Kinlochleven
Fort William |
(Booking in for the start of the race)
(Checkpoint 1)
(Checkpoint 2)
(Checkpoint 3)
(Checkpoint 4 and Finish) |
( Backup crews can meet you at these check-points.
Although please show a little courtesy when parking.)

| We do not allow the use of pacers or pack carriers during the race, nor the use of any form of walking aid. Anyone found to be using a pacer or not carrying the required equipment will be terminated from the race forthwith. This is for reasons of safety and fair play. |

If a Marshall believes a competitor is unfit to carry on in the race, he/she may withdraw that competitor for their own safety. |
|
Each runner MUST carry their own packs at all times.
Spot checks may be carried out throughout the race and any competitor found to be ignoring these rules will be instantly withdrawn from the race. |
