This luxury house was originally an old cooperage dating back to the early 1800's. Although the interior is modern in design, some of its original walls were used. St.Monans is one of many traditional fishing villages along the coast.

The house is only yards away from the picturesque harbour. St.monans is a mere twenty minute drive from St. Andrews the "Home of Golf" which has a choice of seven golf courses includingthe famous Old Course.

There are also many other golf courses in the area including Kingsbarns, Lundin Links, Elie, Balcomie at Crail, the Torrance and the Devlin.

The Cooperage is only yards from the award winning Sea Food Restaurant and just two miles along the coast you'll find the famous Anstruther Fish & Chip Bar and The Cellar where you can sample the locally caught lobster.There are numerous popular eating places in all the little fishing towns dotted along the coast.

The house sleeps up to eight people.lt has four double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower and toilet. All rooms have ample storage space and all have kingsize beds. The luxury kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, gas hob, double electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher,fridge and freezer.

The main bathroom is fitted with a whirlpool bath with overhead shower and there is a cloakroom downstairs.

In the large living/dining room there is sky television, dvd player, mini hi fi system and the dining table seats up to eight people.

In the front courtyard there is space for one car. Across the road there is also a small car park.
